Mankhool Library + Online
Can a trip to the beach or grocery store inspire your child to learn new concepts in Arabic? It most certainly can.
Join us as we navigate through our 5 senses.
Dubai has such a rich culture. So much to see, hear, taste and smell. Our 5-part workshop series is aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 12 (native and non-native speakers of Arabic are both welcome). Content will be delivered in English and Arabic. The workshop aims to build confidence in the Arabic Language while introducing concepts that are relevant to the child on a day-to-day basis. Art, play, and inspiration are a part of every creative learning process, and our workshops are designed to do just that. We combine the elements of language learning with real-life scenarios, making it easier for the children to relate to and enjoy.
Curious? Join us as we nurture through natural surroundings and explore the “Five Senses” in Arabic.
Through this hybrid-session program, we explore the richness of hearing, smelling, tasting, seeing, and feeling together. You have the following components:
A. Five IN-PERSON Workshops at Mankhool Library
b. Five ONLINE CLASSES for smaller group practice (speaking skills focus).
This is a signature Arabically Classic, designed and held for the first time in 2020. Due to popular demand, we are bringing it back for children ages 6 to 12 years. The program will run from April 20th, 2025. The in-person workshops are currently on a waitlist basis. Make sure you register each time to secure your spot. Only if your place is confirmed will you be contacted by the Arabically team.
Children registering for the online component automatically attain a spot in the in-person workshop.
The event is designed to help children explore their natural surroundings through their 5 senses.
Through this program, we aim to equip children with ideas and experiences that will help them understand the world around them through an enriching sensory experience. The sessions are specially curated to impart Arabic learning through hands-on activities, storytime, interactive games, science experiments, eco-friendly crafts, and engaging discussions.
No, you do not have to.
This is a hybrid program. You can choose what you want to join us for. However, the in-person workshops are free of charge. Hence, priority will be given to those who register for the online component.
